Study plans are like the first step towards your goals but in my opinion, you should not have any study plan because the human mind is really rebellious if you will try to bind it in a proper timetable that you want to follow each day then it's next to impossible...
Just like us our mind also wants some kind of joy and desire so that it can activate its tissues and cells to work accurately...if you will wake up daily and say to yourself that you have to study that's why you have to get up and go to study then it's not going to happen ...you have to trick your mind by making some kind of small goals like just study for two hours and after that shut your books and do whatever you love to do in this way your mind will work fast because now your mind has reason to perform the way you want to...
